Arizona Fall League Recap: Game 11

The Braves prospects out in the AFL had another good day yesterday. Here are their stat lines:
- Tommy La Stella – 1-3, RBI, BB
- Aaron Northcraft – 3 IP, 2 hits, 0 ER, 2 BB, 4 Ks
- Shae Simmons – 1 IP, BB, K
Tommy La Stella continued his streak for another game yesterday. He still has at least one hit and one walk in every AFL game he has played in (seven starts). La Stella had a 2-out RBI single, 2 line outs, a walk and he reached on catcher’s interference. La Stella’s slash line now sits at a staggering .429/.625/.619/1.244 for the Fall League.
Aaron Northcraft drew the start yesterday and pitched well. He tossed 3 scoreless frames, gave up 2 hits and 2 walks while striking out 4. It was, by far, his best outing so far in 3 AFL starts. He now has a 5.63 ERA in 8 innings pitched out there. Reliever Shae Simmons made his third AFL appearance, and pitched a scoreless inning. He walked one and struck out one.
