After a 9-day hiatus due to final exams, the Georgia Tech basketball team is back in action on Monday at McCamish Pavilion, as they host in-state rival Kennesaw State.

Fortunately for the Jackets, the Owls have struggled mightily this season, as they have a 3-7 record and currently sit as the 334th-ranked team (not a misprint) in Ken Pomeroy’s power rankings. They are considerably smaller and less athletic than the Jackets, and the biggest issue for KSU has been their offense, as they have scored less than 90 points per 100 possessions (which is woeful) on the year.

Usually, we look to Las Vegas for a bit of guidance, but the “experts” haven’t made a line on this game. In their absence, the aforementioned Ken Pomeroy (who’s work can be found on KenPom.com) has predicted a 20-point victory for the Jackets at home, and anything less than a cruising victory would be worrisome.

Stay tuned for more information as it arrives, and we will bring you a recap after the final buzzer sounds.
