On Thursday January 23rd, the WNBA’s Atlanta Dream announced that they have agreed to new partnership deals with both All-Tournament Players Park and Peach State Basketball for the 2014 season.

Atlanta Dream Chief Revenue Officer Alton Byrd talked about the new partnerships:

"“We are proud to partner with an organization that represents the best in grass-roots basketball and education.”"

Byrd continued to express excitement with signing the new partnerships. The Atlanta Dream and Peach State Basketball are both hopeful of establishing a long-term business relationship with each other.

Peach State Basketball CEO Brandon Clay also was very pleased with the new partnership.

"“As a Georgia resident and a huge advocate for the growth of women’s basketball, I want to continue to foster the dreams of young women throughout the state. The opportunity to do that with a WNBA organization with the caliber of the Dream is special to me.”"

As part of the new partnership, Peach State Basketball will have dedicated seating sections and will be able to participate in on-court Fan Experiences at games during the entire 2014 WNBA Season. Another aspect of the partnership will be that select individuals will have access to locker room tours, and those people will be able to meet their favorite players behind the scenes.

With the recent extraordinary success of the Atlanta Dream on the court, partnerships like these will continue to be a vital aspect of getting more and more Atlanta residents to come out to Phillips Arena or Gwinnett Center to see the team play. Wherever the Atlanta Dream home games may be held, the long-term goal is to gain support for the team and get behind a team that has the talent to bring multiple championships to the city of Atlanta.
