Widely believed that the Atlanta Falcons will push for an Edge Rusher in the 2015 Draft, we take a closer look at one key option.

A few days ago, staffer and colleague Travis Jaudon shared his thoughts on the Atlanta Falcons’ options in the 8th pick in this year’s NFL Draft, and shared three names to keep an eye on – Dante Fowler, Jr., Vic Beasley, and Randy Gregory.

While I respect his preferred personal pick among those three (Dante Fowler, Jr.), I tend to lean more tower another player as the best of those three options for the Atlanta Falcons.

Be that as it may, since we’re not going to experience the joy of the NFL Draft until [way too many] weeks from now, we’ll have to wait to see what the Atlanta Falcons will do.

You know as well as I do, it could be any one of those three the Falcons go with, or it might be someone you never expected.

In the next few days, I want to take a closer look at each of those three candidates that Travis introduced us to, dig a little deeper on their strengths and weaknesses, and perhaps help us learn a thing or two about each of those best edge option players you may not have known.

We’ll start today with my pick for the best Edge Rushing option for the Atlanta Falcons. Enjoy the show!
