In short, this is the biggest test of the season for the Jackets. Yes, Georgia Tech fell at the hands of the Virginia Tech Hokies last week, but that game was at home, and this is a superior Miami team playing in their own building at Sun Life Stadium.
With a win, the Jackets would stay very much alive in race for the Coastal Division crown (while putting Miami behind the 8-ball), but with a loss, Tech would fall 2 games behind Virginia Tech without the benefit of the tiebreaker, and that is a lot to ask. We gave you a full-length preview on Friday, but this is going to be a huge test for the GT offense, as Miami is 7th in the country in points allowed this season, and the Hurricanes are almost assuredly going to put up some offensive numbers.
Stay tuned to this thread throughout the afternoon, and feel free to blast off in the comments before, during, and after the game. This is a huge ballgame for both teams, with long lasting ramifications, so get excited!
