Arizona Fall League & Dominican Winter League Recaps: 11/13

Arizona Fall League
Only 2 Braves played in yesterday’s game, but they both hit well. Here are the lines:
- Robby Hefflinger – 2-3, 2 runs, RBI(7)
- Kyle Kubitza – 3-4, run, RBI(5), BB
Kyle Kubitza is playing better and better as the AFL season goes on. He had a 3 hit game last night including a run, RBI and another walk. He has now surpassed Tommy La Stella in average and is close to passing him in on-base percentage. He is sporting an excellent slash line of .298/.420/.456/.876 and his future is looking bright.
Robby Hefflinger finally busted out with a multi-hit game, but still can’t get back up over the Mendoza line for the season. He did knock in his 7th RBI of the season, but is still only hitting .186. He has cut down on his strikeouts a bit lately though.
There are only 2 games left for the Scorpions this season. They hit the field at 6:35 MST tonight.
Dominican Winter League
No Braves saw action in the DWL yesterday. It hasn’t really been a great season for many of them and they have not been seeing much playing time, especially lately.
