On Wednesday, the NFL announced the schedules for all NFL teams, including our very own Atlanta Falcons. The team now knows what they’ll face this year as they try to bounce back from last season’s disappointing 4-12 record.

Despite losing Steve Smith, the Panthers are still expected to be a good team and the Saints should always remain a threat while Drew Brees is under center. As for the Buccaneers, they should be expected to do better than last year’s 4-12 record as well. The scheduling information that we now have will offer us a better idea of how the division will shake up.

While we’ve known the Falcons opponents for some time, we can now get a much better idea for how their season will really play out–what will be the tough stretches of the year, where can the team afford to coast a bit and when they have their bye week.
