Earlier in the day on Tuesday, we touched on a report that Georgia Bulldogs cornerback Shaq Wiggins could be headed to Louisville via transfer, and now, there is another member of the 2013 recruiting class on the move. Mark Richt announced that redshirt freshman wide receiver Uriah LeMay has chosen to transfer from the program.

In addition to announcing the transfer, Richt shed some light on what LeMay made his decision:
"Uriah made the decision in order to have a better opportunity for playing time," - Mark Richt.

LeMay is perhaps best known as one of four players arrested in March, but with Richt’s quick assertion that this move was related to playing time, it takes a bit of the spotlight off of that event. The 6-foot-2 LeMay was a four-star recruit in the Class of 2013, but his absence should not be felt on the field this season, as Georgia returns a strong crop of veteran receivers (Michael Bennett, Chris Conley, etc.) to go along with young talent including Brendan Langley.
Transfers are simply part of the game at this level, but with LeMay’s older brother Christian also transferring for playing time after a short term in Athens, this is quite interesting.
