Atlanta Falcons to practice against Tennessee Titans and Houston Texans

The Atlanta Falcons are, for the most part, on vacation until the start of training camp, but that doesn’t stop the fan base from looking forward to the upcoming 2014 season. On Friday, word broke that the team would be practicing against both the Tennessee Titans and Houston Texans during camp in August.

While it was a no-brainer that the Falcons would be setting up practice partners, it is still noteworthy. Less than 48 hours before the report, the Falcons and Texans worked out a deal to move Akeem Dent in exchange for new backup quarterback T.J. Yates, and the partnership between the two teams will now apparently extend to the practice field.

In addition, the Falcons announced their entire training camp schedule on Friday, with a hat-tip to ESPN’s Vaughn McClure, it can be seen here.
