Atlanta Falcons vs. Chicago Bears: Start Time, TV Channel, Live Stream and More
By Brad Rowland
The Atlanta Falcons need a win. Mike Smith and company started strong during last week’s contest against the New York Giants, but things went south in a hurry, and as as result, the team now sits at 2-3 with a difficult schedule on the horizon. In our full preview from Friday morning, we took a deeper look at just how important this match-up is, and in that vein, we focused on an extremely important day at the office for Mike Nolan and the defense against a high-powered unit led by Jay Cutler, Matt Forte and Brandon Marshall.
The “experts”, both in Las Vegas and off-shore, have generally placed Atlanta as a 3-point favorite, and that is fairly easy to translate in that these two teams appear to be quite even (Chicago also stands at 2-3 on the year), with the Falcons taking the significant, 3-point bump based on the friendly confines of the Georgia Dome. This information is, as always, for “information purposes only”, but it certainly does not lessen the pressure on the Falcons to know that they are considered the “favorite” in this spot.
Stay tuned for post-game analysis, including a full recap shortly after the game, and feel free to sound off by using the comment section of this post as a game thread of sorts.
