RHP. Cape Girardeau, MO. Shae Simmons. 86. player. 17.
Shae Simmons was lost for the 2015 season due to <a href=

Cincinnati, OH. Matt Marksberry. 66. player. 17.
<a href=. LHP

player. 17.
The Atlanta Braves signed Peter Moylan this past March to a 2-year minor league deal to be a player/coach. He was coming off his second Tommy John surgery, and remarkably has made a comeback. Moylan worked his way through the Braves’ minor league system this summer, getting a promotion this August.

While 36-years-old, Moylan had an impressive 3.31 at AAA Gwinnett, and now is a part of the Atlanta Braves’ relief corps. Though his age may limit his effectiveness come next season, I expect Moylan to return because of the veteran presence he provides in the clubhouse. He can mentor young relievers like Shae Simmons and Matt Marksberry, very similar to players like <a href=. RHP. Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Peter Moylan. 58

player. 17.
Jason Frasor may not be in an Atlanta Braves uniform at all next season, but I can understand if the Braves front-office would want to bring him back. Like Peter Moylan, age is not on Frasor’s side at 38, but he can still provide a veteran presence and leadership on a young club.

This season, Frasor recorded a 1.67 ERA in 26 games with the Kansas City Royals before his release. He was signed by the Braves following the injury to Jason Grilli. Though currently on the DL, Frasor has been effective in Atlanta thus far with a 1.29 ERA in 6 games. For his career, Frasor has a 3.49 ERA, demonstrating consistent efficacy in the bullpen. If he can still pitch, why not re-up him for next season?
. RHP. Chicago, IL. Jason Frasor. 51
