The Atlanta Falcons have high hopes for the 2015 season under new Head Coach Dan Quinn. Quinn has instilled new vigor into these team, simplifying the game while preaching consistency. The offense looks as potent as ever and should be one of the top units in the NFL this season. Tevin Coleman and Devonta Freeman should provide a semblance of a running game — something that has been absent for the past few seasons. The defense looks better, especially after drafting a pass rusher like Vic Beasley, but will still struggle at times, placing more significance on the offense to score points. With Cam Newton and the Panthers without offensive options, it looks like the Atlanta Falcons are the best candidates to take the NFC South crown this season.

Even though the DeMarco Murray left the Cowboys in Free Agency this offseason, Jason Garrett‘s squad is still one of the best units in the NFL. The offensive line will give Tony Romo plenty of time to find Dez Bryant downfield. In a relatively weak NFC East where the ‘Boys will feast on the Redskins twice this year, expect them to be a top 3 seed in the NFC.

The Packers are once again the class of not only the NFC, but the NFL. When you have Aaron Rodgers and Eddie Lacy on your team, the offense always gives you a shot. Though their defense is not the best in the league, they always find a way to win. Losing Jordy Nelson hurts, but having Randall Cobb as a number 2 receiver helps offset the loss. The Vikings and the Lions will be obstacles in the NFC North, but the Pack should be able to persevere and head to the NFC Title Game.

. (0-0). Previous: . Seattle Seahawks. 1. team. 36

The reigning NFC Champion Seattle Seahawks return on of the most prolific defenses of the past decade, led by Richard Sherman and Kam Chancellor. The offense will once again be dangerous, as Russell Wilson has a new weapon in Jimmy Graham following an offseason trade with the New Orleans Saints. Let’s not forget Beast Mode, as Marshawn Lynch — despite his age — will once again be one of the top backs in the NFL. Seattle is the total package: great coaching, excellent defense and dangerous offense. They are definitely the favorites to repeat as NFC Champions again in 2015.
