The Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets won their second game of the season on Saturday against the Tulane Green Wave by a final score of 65-10.

The Jackets have over 60 points in each of their first two games. The game was projected to be a rout, and the result matched the initial prediction. Saturday’s game was a complete team effort by the Ramblin’ Wreck on both offense and defense.

The Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets broke their modern day record of points scored in the team’s first two games with 134 points both during Week 1 and Week 2. Some players who played well last week did not have a significant impact on this game, but that showed the depth of this Georgia Tech team.

While there are certainly things for the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets to work on before their first test of the season next Saturday against the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, Saturday’s contest to be another great tune-up for both the offense and their defense before their schedule starts to get brutal.

As we look ahead to Week 3 of the college football season, here are 5 things we learned from the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets game against Tulane on Saturday:
