I wrote a piece on Sony Michel earlier in the week, saying that he will be the difference maker for the Georgia Bulldogs on Saturday. His talent is obvious, but it isn’t that simple to figure out where to best feature him in the UGA offense.

He has a similar skill set of a Reggie Bush, a running back that can at times function as a shifty slot receiver. Sony has the better hands to receive out of the backfield than Nick Chubb. So when Sony is on the field, it’s not a guarantee that he will rush the football.
If it’s possible, I’d like to see a few plays where Schotty has both Chubb and Michel out of the field together at the same time. A 60-yard jet sweep from Michel would shift all momentum in the Georgia Bulldogs’ favor early one. So would another 50+ yard screen pass like he had against ULM in Week 1.
I feel that Sony Michel will have around 125 to 150 all-purpose yards for the Georgia Bulldogs offensively with at least one touchdown. His versatility in the backfield is what will keep the Gamecocks defense honest and not stack the box every play on defense.
