Marcus Marshall

B-back, Raleigh, NC

After an 184 yard game and two scores against Alcorn State in Week 1, Marcus Marshall was unable to replicate his excellent numbers against Tulane. Against the Green Wave, the true freshman rushed for only 37 yards and no scores.

The Tulane defense focused on eliminating his ability to find a seam in the defense, mitigating Marshall’s long-range run capability. Against Notre Dame, Marshall will be a key weapon for the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets to utilize on offense. His speed and excellent foot-work makes him one of the most dangerous weapons that the Ramblin’ Wreck has.
