THE DEFENSE DID NOT PLAY POORLY

All things considered, the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets did not play horribly on Saturday against Notre Dame. Granted, RB C.J. Prosise had 3 touchdowns and 198 yards, but the lack of efficacy on offense made the Jackets defense stay on the field longer.

Going into the fourth quarter, the Jackets were only down 13-6 — the difference being Harrison Butker’s two missed field goals. C.J. Prosise and DeShone Kizer wore the defense down before jumping out to a 30-7 lead.

Going forward, the offense must do a better job to help keep the defense off the field. The defense must also do a better of defending against the run, showing that they are succeptable to players like C.J. Prosise.
