When you’re playing against an FCS opponent, it’s a great opportunity for some of the younger players to get some meaningful playing time. One of those the players I really like to have a special day is true freshman Terry Godwin.

Godwin came to UGA as a 5-Star athlete in the 2015 Recruit Class. Mark Richt knew he was talented but was Godwin going to play wide receiver or cornerback for the Dawgs? I have a feeling that Terry Godwin will emerge as a big time playmaker for the Georgia offense after a strong performance in Week 4 against the Southern Jaguars.
I think Terry Godwin will have 5 receptions for 85 yards and a touchdown in this game. UGA is going to spread the ball around against Southern in this one, with multiple quarterbacks and receiving options. Godwin sends a message to Dawg Nation on Saturday that he’s ready for big time college football for the rest of 2015.
