POOR PLAY FROM O-LINE

Last week, I wrote that the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets offensive line had to improve in order for them to contend for a second consecutive ACC Coastal Division title. After playing poorly last week against a top 10 team in Notre Dame, the trend continued against unranked Duke on Saturday.

QB Justin Thomas was consistently under duress as the Jackets for forced to try to pass the ball because of so many third and long situations. The Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets offense never truly established its run game, leading to poor execution on the offensive end. Most of these issues can be traced directly to the play of the offensive line. It is imperative that they improve going forward.
