LSU RB Leonard Fournette may stand as the favorite to win the Heisman Trophy entering Week 5 of the College Football Season, but UGA RB Nick Chubb has the stage to have that coveted signature moment. Chubb has one shot to break his tie with Herschel Walker for most consecutive 100 yard rushing games. Both elite UGA tailbacks reached that mark 12 consecutive times.

Will Nick Chubb break the record in this game? Since he averages over 8 yards per carry, he really only needs 15 rushing attempts to blaze a new trail all on his own on Saturday. Since taking over as the starting running back for the Georgia Bulldogs for the road game at Missouri, Nick Chubb has been a shining star in College Football.

More from UGA Football

I think that Nick Chubb plays an inspired game, one where he really flexes his muscles, as he will compete not only with teammate RB Sony Michel, but with Alabama’s talented RB Derrick Henry. Chubb enters Saturday with 7 all-purpose touchdowns, with a great opportunity of getting to 10 should he eviscerate the Alabama defense.

All eyes are on this game, as the winner may stand as the perceived favorite to come out of the SEC. A home loss to Alabama doesn’t ruin UGA’s season, but Nick Saban’s Tide cannot afford another Conference loss should they want to get back to Atlanta for the SEC Championship.

UGA has the best player on the field in sophomore RB Nick Chubb. I think he has a monster day of 150 rushing yards on 20 carries for 2 huge momentum changing touchdowns.
