Atlanta Falcons: 5 Players to Watch Vs. Texans
By John Buhler
I loved DE Adrian Clayborn’s diving sack on Dallas Cowboys QB Brandon Weeden last Sunday. For a guy that can play both defensive end and defensive tackle, the way he pounced on Weeden from behind was unbelievably agile and got me out of my seat.
To me, Sunday is one of those games that watching the pass-rushing maestros on the other team will elevate the play of the Atlanta Falcons’ front seven. Who wouldn’t want to try to outperform JJ Watt, Vince Wilfork, Brian Cushing, and Jadeveon Clowney?

Clayborn will factor in the pass rushing game for the Atlanta Falcons in many ways on Sunday. He will create plays for himself, while also being able to set up plays for OLB Vic Beasley to get after the quarterback.
I think Adrian Clayborn has two tackles for a loss of yardage and a strip sack of Ryan Mallett that allows someone like OLB Justin Durant to perfectly execute a scoop and score. If Atlanta is going to score points on defense in this game, that’s how I envision it happening.
