KYLE KORVER LOOKS HEALTHY

After breaking his ankle during the Eastern Conference Finals when Cavs’ PG Matthew Dellavedova dove into Korvers leg with reckless abandon in May, Kyle Korver was in the starting lineup for the Atlanta Hawks on Wednesday, and looked as if he has made a full recovery from his injury.

There was concern this offseason that Korver would be unable to recover in time for the season opener, but tonight he moved well on his feet both on offense and defense. Korver went scoreless in 15 minutes, going 0-3 from the field. His shot was a bit off, but that is to be expected after recovering from an injury the entire summer. The Atlanta Hawks’ All-Star SG will regain his stroke soon enough and it was great to see him playing.
