The Florida Gators have one of the better defenses in the nation, so the Georgia Bulldogs may again struggle on offense in their final game of October. So how do the Dawgs counterbalance a sputtering offense. They fight fire with fire and go all in on the defensive side of the football.
Entering 2015, the Georgia Bulldogs had one of the best linebacker groups in College Football. Though the LB corps at UGA isn’t getting talked about as often since their two SEC losses, this unit is still as deep as they come and should anchor the Dawgs defensively against Florida.

If there is one player on the defense that I think will have a big game against the Gators for Georgia, it’s sophomore OLB Lorenzo Carter. His raw athleticism should work well against the nimble offense of the Gators.
Neutral site games are all about taking away the energy from the opposition. A strong, blind side sack by Lorenzo Carter could stand as enough of a boost to get Dawg Nation is a major factor in this game. The defense has to show up tomorrow and I think Carter is the one that will ignite Jeremy Pruitt’s defense on Halloween.
