Conclusion

Wow what a great title for the final slide. But hey, we’re all about efficiency here. Those were my grades as I saw them. Perhaps you noted some inconsistencies. Perhaps you agreed with everything I said and perhaps you think I am out of my mind. In the end, the grades themselves don’t really matter. It is just an attempt to quantify in a sense what everybody brought to the table and how they performed in relation to their expectations.

In a while I will revisit this discussion with the pitchers (excluding Jonny Gomes innings in relief). This will be a tougher task as pitching is often more fickle, and exposure much more brief. Be on the lookout though. Thank you for reading.
