Wide Receiver: Julio Jones (2011-Present)

Of course I was going to include the best wide receiver in the game today in Julio Jones on this all-time list. Jones since coming to Atlanta with the No. 6 overall pick in the 2011 NFL Draft has done nothing but become one of the best to play the game in the last five seasons.

Jones has made it to two Pro Bowls and has received for more than 1,000 yards three times in five seasons. He leads the NFL entering Week 14 of the 2015 NFL season with receptions (102) and receiving yards (1,338).

Through 61 career games with the Atlanta Falcons, Julio Jones already has 380 receptions for 5,668 receiving yards and 32 touchdown catches. Keep in mind that he missed 11 games in 2013 with a broken foot suffered in Week 5’s loss to the New York Jets. At the time of his injury, Jones was averaging a staggering 116.0 yards per game.

Julio Jones is still in his prime and could shatter all of Mathis’ and White’s records and become the greatest wide receiving in Atlanta Falcons history before hanging up the spikes many years from now. He would serve as the premier vertical threat in this high-octane offense, though in 2015 he has showcased how talented of a receiver he is in possession receiving.
