57. . . Previous: . Chicago Bears. 12. team

The Chicago Bears largely overachieved even with a 6-10 record. The front office early in the season tried to orchestrate a fire sale even though John Fox’s staff was doing a solid job with minimum talent on the field. Nevertheless, the Bears finished with the worst record in the NFC North again in 2015.

Offensive coordinator Adam Gase may have himself a head coaching gig in 2016 and that would hurt the Bears going forward into the new year. Chicago needs to draft well to get back to relevancy in the NFC. The Chicago Bears will have the 11th pick in the 2016 NFL Draft.

11. team. 15. . . Previous: . New Orleans Saints

The New Orleans Saints could put up points, but could also stop hardly anybody in 2015, finishing at 7-9 with a historically bad defense. New Orleans let defensive coordinator Rob Ryan go and head coach Sean Payton has permission to look at other head coaching vacancies.

The Saints salary cap situation may not look as bleak as it did this year, but it seems that it is the end of an era in the Crescent City with their football team. It is wise to rebuild through the 2016 NFL Draft. The New Orleans Saints will have the 12th overall pick in this upcoming draft.

Previous: . Philadelphia Eagles. 10. team. 54. .

Chip Kelly is no longer the head coach, but the Eagles roster is a complete mess due to Kelly’s doing. Whoever replaces Kelly in Philadelphia will have his hands full in rebuilding a roster from an offensive scheme that just didn’t work out in the long-term.

It’s odd to see owner Jeffrey Lurie move this swiftly to his third coach in five years, but clearly wants to have more balance in the front office. Expect the next Eagles coach to have little say in personnel decisions after the failed Chip Kelly experiment. The Eagles have the 13th pick in the 2016 NFL Draft.

team. 51. . . Previous: . St. Louis Rams. 9

St. Louis finished around .500 like just about every team ever coached by Jeff Fisher. The Rams could run the football, had a strong defense at times, and played well in the NFC West. However, should the Rams leave the Arch City, expect Fisher to not join the team in Los Angeles.

The Rams are close to getting back into the NFC Playoffs discussion, but need more firepower from the quarterback and wide receiver positions. General manager Les Snead could knock this draft out of the park and get the Rams ready for playoff contention in 2016. The Rams have the 15th pick in the 2016 NFL Draft.
