The Georgia Bulldogs have the No. 8 class in the country, according to Dawgs 24/7. Gaining any of these five commitments could help put the Dawgs on top.

The Georgia Bulldogs have done an impressive job of staying competitive in the 2016 recruiting class race, despite dealing with a change of guard at head coach, going from Mark Richt to Kirby Smart.

Nevertheless, Georgia has the No. 8 recruiting class of 2016 and No. 5 in the SEC heading into the final days before National Signing Day, Wednesday, February 3rd. Georgia has 16 commitments to its 2016 recruiting class and already has six early enrollees including quarterback Jacob Eason and tight end Isaac Nauta, both five-stars.

With Kirby Smart now coaching the Dawgs, we’re not entirely sure how his recruiting philosophies will differ, if at all, from what Mark Richt did in Athens for 15 years, there is a great deal of uncertainty with regards to who will end up Committing to the G by the end of Wednesday.

Georgia is still in play for a few huge names in the 2016 recruiting class, a couple of five-stars and plenty of four-stars to choose from. Keep in mind that not everybody wants to play for the Georgia Bulldogs, but here are five guys to play very close attention to heading into National Signing Day. Any of these five players could wind up playing for the Red and Black.
