E.J. Price is a local talent from just down 316 in Lawrenceville, GA. Price is a four-star offensive tackle that played his high school ball at Archer and has gained interest in playing for the Georgia Bulldogs in recent weeks.

At 6’6″, 310 pounds, Price has the height and the weight to thrive playing swing tackle for the Georgia Bulldogs. With both starting tackles John Theus and Kolton Houston’s eligibility exhausted for the Dawgs, Price would have a great opportunity to come in and compete for playing time right away, especially for new offensive line coach Sam Pittman, who many of his colleagues say is one of the best in the business.

Price is the No. 84 player nationally, the No. 8 offensive tackle, and the No. 10 overall player from Georgia in the 2016 recruiting class. Georgia will want to bring in high-end talent to build a great offensive line for Pittman at UGA. Price’s 6’6″ frame makes him project well in pass protection and being 310 pounds certainly helps in run blocking.

Entering the final days before National Signing Day, Price has three teams he is considering: the Georgia Bulldogs, the Auburn Tigers, and the USC Trojans. Georgia looks like his leader, as the 24/7 experts believe he has a 77% chance of Committing to the G. With proximity to his hometown, an opportunity to play early, and an opportunity to play for an outstanding offensive line coach in Sam Pittman, E.J. Price will probably Commit to the G.

Prediction: Georgia Bulldogs
