Atlanta Braves fans have endured three bad seasons that have ended the last two years with the Braves trading off their most expendable players whether or not they are fan favorites. While the deals seem to have put the Braves in a good position they have also continued to stock prospects as opposed to quality Major League players.

While the strategy is working it is beginning to become redundant. At some point the Braves are going to have to flip the switch and put pieces with the talented young core of players that they have already added to the roster.

We may not know exactly when that will be but what we do know is that the Braves are setting themselves up to be sellers at the deadlines adding numerous veterans on expendable deals. This plan could change if the Braves are surprise contenders but for now the Braves are setting themselves up to be sellers at the deadline. Here are the Braves top trade chips for 2017.
