5. Add Veteran Leadership

With Jonathan Babineaux, Dwight Freeney and several other key veteran players set to become free agents the Falcons need to bring back or add in new leadership that can help guide a very young Atlanta team.

With success comes confidence and for Atlanta that can work in their favor with young players or against them. The Falcons need to ensure that they have the right leadership in place to help guide the team next season and stay focused even when facing what are expected to be easy opponents.

Charles Johnson is one name that has already been mentioned above, although the Falcons best option would be to bring in a fresh veteran perspective from players who are still on top of their game adding names like Paul Kruger or one of the edge rushers listed in the previous slide to help solidify the defense and provide a veteran perspective for an Atlanta team that is becoming increasingly youthful.
