The Georgia Bulldogs spring game will again be televised and should offer fans plenty to be excited about.

The Georgia Bulldog’s annual Spring game will become the focus for the majority of Georgia sports fans now that the Falcons season has come to an end. The Dawgs will be playing their spring game on April 22nd and it will be televised on SEC Network.

The game will give the Dawg’s fans a chance to look at the young talent that the Bulldogs have stockpiled. They have positioned themselves to win a weak SEC East if they can capitalize on their young talent and take advantage of what looks to be a very weak schedule.

Jacob Eason is the biggest name to pay attention to for the Bulldogs in the near future. The young quarterback has plenty of potential and is expected to be an NFL starting quarterback. The problem will be if Eason can deliver on the expectations and find the consistency he lacked for most of last season.

While a spring game will not answer those questions it will offer the fans football. Any football in spring will be exciting considering what is a very long offseason for Georgia football fans after the Falcons fell in the Super Bowl and the Jackets and Bulldogs both limped through the season.

The Georgia Bulldogs season may have imploded last year but there is little reason to think that will be the case again in 2017. The Bulldogs have the advantage of one of the best recruiting classes in the country as well as a 2nd year quarterback and head coach who will both be able to lead the team better with a year of experience under their belts.
