Eric Weems-  Weems has spent many years with the Falcons and has been the Falcons main returner and back up option at receiver. He is a fiery player and the leader of a solid special teams unit. While it would be easy to become sentimental and want to retain Weems he isn’t a great player only a well liked one who should be retained only if the price is right.

If the price is deemed higher than the Falcons are comfortable with Ted Ginn Jr. would be a good option to explore considering he could replace both Weems and Alderick Robinson while giving Matt Ryan yet another speedy weapon on offense on a team that is all about adding speed.

Tom Compton– Compton was an underrated depth option that the Falcons had to plug in on multiple occasions. If the price is right bringing Compton back is a great depth option for a team that looks to have one of the best offensive lines in the NFC.
