Jonathan Babineaux-  Babineaux has been through a lot with the Falcons and has been the one piece on the defense that hasn’t changed. While retirement is a possibility if he does opt to come back it is time to let Babineaux finish his career in another uniform.

The Falcons biggest area of need headed into the off-season is fixing a depleted defensive line that lacks true pass rushers outside of Vic Beasley. Letting Babineaux go in favor of attempting to add an elite or even an upgraded pass rusher is the right move to make for a Falcons team that is expected to rework their defensive line.

Paul Worrilow- It is hard not to like Paul Worrilow he stepped up defensively for the Falcons at a time when their defense was laughable offering some consistency in the middle of a undermanned defense.

Just a couple of seasons later Worrilow is scheduled to become a free agent and would no longer be the starter if he was brought back for the 2017 season. The question here isn’t whether he should be brought back but how much would it cost and would he come back knowing he could likely go elsewhere and start? Our guess is Worrilow is headed elsewhere but it would be nice if the Falcons can manage to lure him back to Atlanta.
