  1. Freddie Freeman

Freddie Freeman is a top fantasy option when you consider his production versus price come draft day.   Freeman is not drafted as highly as most players at his production level due to the fact that he is on a small market team and not on an annual postseason contender.

What Freeman does offer is improved production and a high upside considering the Braves lineup is as deep as it has been for the last three years. That isn’t to say it is a great lineup rather that Freeman’s numbers are bound to go up and benefit from being surrounded by more talent.

Matt Kemp will be batting behind Freddie Freeman with Ender Inciarte and Dansby Swanson hitting ahead of Freeman. Surrounded by much better talent in the lineup than he has in seasons past his RBI total and on base percentage should both see upticks.

For fantasy owners who are part of dynasty leagues Freeman is a good target as well as a keeper considering his long term value and the fact that he just now seems to be entering his prime.

Secondary Options: Albert Pujols is another name that seems to be undervalued in most drafts. While the slugger may be up in years his production has still been there and is a good late round target if owners decide to target other positions early in the draft.
