Tim Hudson (2005-2010)

The Braves received Tim Hudson from the Oakland Athletics at the beginning of the 2005 season. Hudson is known for being one of the Brave’s most consistent pitchers to ever start. During his career, Hudson won 74 games for Atlanta. During the 2008 season he discovered he would need Tommy John Surgery in August, but by July of 2009 he was ready to go. In the 2009 season he only started seven games for the team, making it his only season to not win 10 games or more for the Braves. When 2010 rolled around, Hudson was back on his game and became the ace pitcher for Atlanta with a 2.83 ERA and a 17-9 record.
