4. Georgia vs. (@) Georgia Tech November 25th, 2017

This rivalry has gone back n’ forth recently with the away team winning in each of the last four seasons. Reflecting on Georgia’s dominance of the series–The Bulldogs have gone 13-4 over Tech since the turn of the century. Bulldog fans are holding out hope that the away team will uphold this tradition for at least one more season. All Tech opponents have come to despise Paul Johnson’s Triple-Option, so it really all comes down to how well the Bulldogs can handle it.

Last year, the Bulldogs dealt with it pretty well (up until the 4th quarter when the Bulldogs could not stop the Yellow Jacket’s run). But this season, Georgia has almost all of its starting defenders returning, so they should be a bit more familiar with Johnson’s Triple-Option. In short, Georgia fans are expecting focus, dedication, hard work, and sweet revenge from the Bulldogs to insure that history doesn’t repeat itself.
