  1. Carson Palmer

Palmer is ranked 18th out of respect for how good he was before last season with the Cardinals. Last season was a struggle for both Palmer and the Cardinals who didn’t look anything like the Super Bowl contenders they were supposed to be.

Palmer has long had a every other season trend looking elite one season and pedestrian the next if that trend holds true that would put Palmer on pace for another great season with the Cardinals. The roster is still full of talent and Palmer is a very good quarterback when he is locked in.

The main question for the Cardinals will be if they can get consistent play from the wide receiver positon from anyone besides Larry Fitzgerald. Who dare I say it is getting up in age and at some point may start to look a bit human.

Palmer had solid numbers last season but solid numbers after an MVP level season and missing the playoffs are two things that do not go well together. Palmer is getting close to hanging them up per a report earlier in the off-season. Cardinals fans should enjoy watching Palmer while they can this could very well be his last season in the NFL.
