  1. Eli Manning

Talk about hitting the jackpot, Eli Manning is going from being able to throw to Odell Beckham Jr. to being about to throw to Brandon Marshall and Odell Beckham Jr. Manning’s numbers should be due for a bit of an uptick this season. But as mentioned earlier this ranking is based on the quarterback’s past and future talent and not the roster.

Eli has long been on the border of being one of the top quarterbacks in the game but continues to knock himself on the edge of the discussion by turning the ball over consistently. Eli Manning is a good quarterback who will remain on the edge of great but likely has the Hall-of-Fame in front of him based solely on winning two rings over Tom Brady and the Patriots something that many other teams have tried and failed to pull off once much less twice.

Manning is an interesting quarterback in the fact as well that his game seems to evolve according to the offensive scheme and the players that he has around him. He is set for another solid season and should continue to hang in the in-between conversation as to whether he is elite. To save you the suspense the accurate answer is he is not.
