NFL: Quarterback Power Rankings
By Kit Anderson
- Cam Newton
From a Super Bowl and winning the MVP to a long season of losing and underachieving. Cam Newton struggled to live up to the player he was the season before. Being a Falcon’s fan you can count me out among those who enjoy Newton’s celebrations and attitude. But there is also no denying his talent or the record setting pace he was on just a season ago.
Newton has a skill set that no other player in the game does not just at his position but in all of the NFL Newton is the only player that can do the things Cam Newton has shown he is capable of. Watching him hurdle defenders, gun the ball halfway down the field with accuracy or outrun the field all-together is fun like him or not.
Cam is special in every sense of the word, the NFL is only waiting on his attitude and maturity to catch up with his actual athletic ability. Dropping him outside the top ten altogether will not happen because Newton is set for another big year and has a roster that is going to pile up some wins.
Brace yourselves for a lot of Newton endzone dances this season, he will pile up plenty of them.
