  1. Ryan Tannehill

The Miami Dolphins seem to be stuck in the same place as the Texans a playoff roster with all kinds of questions as quarterback. Tannehill is and should be the starting quarterback for the Dolphins but it is hard to blame Dolphins fans for being a bit antsy with their franchise quarterback who piles up untimely turnovers.

Tannehill is very reminiscent of the former starting Jet’s quarterback Mark Sanchez. He does a lot of things well and is definitely a starting quarterback but isn’t quite the franchise guy that fans are hoping for. Dolphins fans should be patient with Tannehill at least another season though considering the lack of talent at quarterback around the league.

It is also fair to point out that Tannehill was one of two injured AFC quarterbacks that could have made the AFC playoff race a lot different last season.  No offense intended towards Matt Moore but he is a big step back from Tannehill.

Ryan Tannehill likely will remain the Dolphins quarterback for several more years if he can find a way to stop turning the ball over at such opportune times in memorable ways. Turning the ball over at unconventional times in unconventional ways will shorten a quarterbacks career faster than anything else again we bring up Mark Sanchez.
