Atlanta Hawks: An Open Letter to Kyrie Irving
Kyrie Irving recently announced that he wants out of Cleveland. The following is an open letter to the All-Star Point Guard in favor of the Atlanta Hawks.
Dear Kyrie Irving, I heard you were wanting to be more of a focal point for your next team. How about becoming a focal point for a city? The city of Atlanta, and the Atlanta Hawks, have never won an NBA Championship. We need you.

`Here are five reasons why you should come to Atlanta.
1. You will be a franchise player.
Recently, the Atlanta Hawks lost their key players and All-Stars. Now with no more All-Stars or “Superstars” on the team, you would be the man for Atlanta. Everywhere in Atlanta would say “Kyrie Irving” and you would be a legend in Atlanta.
2. You can prove yourself
There are many people right now that think you are only an All-Star because of Lebron James. This will be your chance to prove all of them wrong. Playing for a team like Atlanta will give you a chance to make your case for the Greatest Player of All Time and show that you are a great player even without Lebron.
3. You will be close to Coach K
Philips Arena is approximately 5 hours and 36 minutes from Cameron Indoor Stadium while Quicken Loans Arena is 8 hours and 11 minutes. So, if you ever wanna see Coach K it’s faster from Atlanta then Cleveland.
4. You can be a great leader
Atlanta has many young players who have good potential. This would be a great opportunity for you to step up and be a great leader and help these player develop and learn the game better. Getting these younger player experience would help win an NBA Championship.
5. You can be a hero to Atlanta
Coming to Atlanta would be huge to fans here. Fans in Atlanta are not used to winning championships and rarely even experience it. If you did come to Atlanta if would give hope to Hawks fans and would make you a hero if you were to win a championship.
