Atlanta Falcons: Week 6 Preview and Prediction
By Kit Anderson
The Atlanta Falcons are headed into week six after a much needed bye to face the Miami Dolphins. The Dolphins are coming off of a win against the Titans and will look to make it two in a row against the defending NFC Champs.
The Atlanta Falcons’ bye week could not have come at a better time for a very banged up team, coming off of a loss at home to the Bills. The team will likely get back star receiver Julio Jones and will be re-focused after the bye.
Miami has a tough defensive front four that will help keep them in this game for a time. The problem for the Dolphins will be that an anemic Jay Cutler led offense is going to struggle against the Falcon’s young defense.
The biggest question for the Falcons will be if Matt Ryan can show more consistency and take care of the football after turning the ball over with regularity back-to-back weeks.
After an impressive MVP campaign Ryan has been inconsistent this season as he adjusts to the Falcon’s new play caller.
That Falcons have had a week to get healthy and think about the disappointing end to a ugly game against the Bills. They are going to be ready to play and will have little trouble against the Dolphins after they have a slow start.

Julio Jones is going to be set for a big game as well coming off of an injury to a banged up group of receivers that lacks the size advantage that Jones will have against Miami’s corners. Final score Atlanta Falcons-31 Miami Dolphins-19
