The Atlanta Falcons are headed to take on the Patriots after a collapse playing the Miami Dolphins. With last year’s Super Bowl in mind the Falcons will be in for a very long week of questions and reliving their Super Bowl collapse.

The Atlanta Falcons would be facing a very different story line as they head into a Super Bowl rematch after their collapse to the Dolphins in Atlanta. That puts the Falcons losing back-to-back games to the Bills and the Dolphins.

There could be no worse time to lose two games in a row than right before the Falcons head to face the Patriots in what will be a Super Bowl rematch.

Fans don’t need to be reminded of the score or how that Super Bowl ended. There will be plenty of reminders and questions for the Falcon’s players this week. Add in the fact that the Falcons collapsed in an eerily similar fashion in a game that meant a lot less against the Jay Cutler led Dolphins and it will be a tough week for the Falcons.

That is not to say that they will not come out ready to play only that it will be a tough week that could push the Falcons in either direction.  The same talent that got the Falcons to the Super Bowl is there the problem has been on offense.

When asked about that very problem this week Coach Quinn said that they would focus on getting their star players more involved namely Julio Jones. Getting Jones the ball may be a problem at times considering how he is triple and double teamed.

Having Ryan force the ball to Julio is rarely a bad strategy considering how many plays that Jones is going to be able to make.
