The Georgia Bulldogs  are set to take on the toughest task they have left on the regular season schedule against the Auburn Tigers. Auburn is fighting to stay in SEC relevance and will throw everything they have at the Bulldogs.

Surviving is what the Georgia Bulldogs did last Saturday against a surprisingly scrappy South Carolina team. That will not cut it this week as they face Auburn. With only Kentucky and Georgia Tech left on the schedule after this game if the Dawgs can escape with a win they will likely run the table.

A loss would mean they must run the table including beating Alabama who they will assumedly match up with in an SEC championship. Beating Auburn will give Georgia margin for error against the Tide and keep their playoff hopes looking like reality.

Auburn meanwhile will be equally desperate and coming in hoping to keep their SEC hopes alive. They have fallen to Clemson and LSU this season and still must face this Georgia team and the Tide.

What Auburn has done well this season is similar to Georgia just to a lesser extent. They have leaned on their defense and rushing attack while letting a young quarterback learn on the job much the same as Jake Fromm has had to do for the Dawgs.

Auburn will force the Dawgs to throw the ball in this game that you can count on. With better defensive depth than South Carolina Auburn will employ the same strategy that limited this offense to 24 points.

Making Fromm carry the offense and make the throws. Loading the box to stop Nick Chubb and Sony Michel. While the freshman has shown great poise he is yet to face and SEC matchup quite like Auburn and Georgia.

The deciding factor of this game will be whether or not Fromm can continue to prove his doubters wrong and make throws consistently when the running game isn’t there.
