As if the Atlanta Falcons didn’t have enough to worry about their owner is now coming under fire from the ever entertaining Jerry Jones. Jones has accused Arthur Blank of lying to the owners and misleading them in favor of Roger Goodell.

The Atlanta Falcons owner Arthur Blank has made it clear that he is a League man and a supporter of Roger Goodell. Jerry Jones meanwhile seemed to be firmly in Goodell’s camp as well. That is until Goodell took away Ezekiel Elliot suspending him.

Since then Jerry Jones has taken a stance against Roger Goodell and finds Arthur Blank in his way to getting Goodell out of office. Battle lines are starting to get drawn with Jones leading a small group that is hoping to oust Goodell while Blank remains loyal to the League.

It is hard to point out who is right or wrong in this situation with Jones accusing Blank of saying it would take all 32 owners in agreement to keep Goodell in power. Blank is yet to reply to the accusations from Jones.

Jerry Jones is very obviously on the hunt for Goodell because of the way the protests and his star running back have been handled respectively.

Arthur Blank will look to help keep Goodell in power and will be going against Jerry Jones in that pursuit. The fact that two owners are battling among themselves points to a League that is taken a huge hit over the last few years with protests and domestic violence damaging the League.
