KANSAS CITY, MO – AUGUST 24: Peter Moylan /

6. Peter Moylan

The Atlanta Braves already have reported interest in bringing back Peter Moylan to their roster which is the only reason that he makes this list. In some ways Moylan would make sense for the Braves but it does seem odd considering the he is an older player with limited upside in a bullpen that needs some consistency.

Moylan has put together a nice two year run after being hired as a player coach by the Braves and proving himself still able to pitch with other teams. Moylan’s delivery and funky pitching style and pitch selection is what has kept him relevant.

Moylan pitched the most innings last season he has since 2010 when he was a part of the Braves bullpen. Adding back Moylan would be another veteran deal that would likely come cheaply.  If that is the case this makes sense considering that the Braves will need to bring in as many new faces to a underwhelming bullpen as they can.

The Atlanta Braves and Peter Moylan would be yet anther suggested reunion that makes sense for both sides. The only problem for the Braves is the fact that Moylan’s typically an early innings reliever which wasn’t the Braves biggest problem. Still it is another arm that improves the bullpen and would be a decent fit in Atlanta.
