With Atlanta Braves’ Spring Training getting set to officially start a week from today we thought we would take a look at some of the things that fans should be watching for when baseball finally gets back underway.

For the Atlanta Braves this Spring Training will be all about Ronald Acuna and how the young outfielder looks this spring. While Acuna will be the headline attraction this Spring there are plenty of other players and story lines that fans should be paying attention to.

Young prospects will be flooding the Braves hallways as well as veteran players with questions like both of the veteran pitchers that the Braves received in the swap with the Dodgers in the Matt Kemp trade.

Watching Freddie Freeman to see if that wrist is truly back to full strength will be important as well. While it doubtful that Freeman has any lingering affects it will help Braves fans rest easy to see him back to driving the ball.

Freeman and Scott Kazmir are the only current Braves with injury concerns and Freeman’s appears to be well behind him.

Kazmir will have to work hard to prove that he is healthy and worth the risk of keeping on a young up-and-coming Braves roster.

Here are five story lines that Braves fans should be watching as live baseball and Spring Training finally get back underway.
