Over the next few days, we’re going to be revisiting the last ten years of NFL Draft picks by the Atlanta Falcons.

Each pick will be broken down into four parts, which are explained below.

The Pick: This will detail the pick, his position, and what pick he was selected at.

Their Impact: I’ll look into the impact each player had on the Falcons during their career.

Who Else Was Available That Round?: This is the tricky part of the exercise. We’ll look at some notable players who were still available in each round.

So if we’re judging their first round pick, we’ll only stick with other first-round picks.

This will help us avoid situations where they redraft someone who went five rounds later.

If the Falcons had two picks in a specific round, we’ll only look at the players who were drafted between their two picks.

So if the team had the 20th and 30th picks, only picks 21 through 29 will be available as options.

When we get to round 7, we’ll also bring undrafted players into the equation.

Would the Falcons Draft Someone Else?: We’ll look at the other players available and determine if they’d keep their pick or change it.

All of these choices are going to be personal opinions, but I encourage you all to leave comments below.

We’d love to hear who you wanted the Falcons to draft and what you thought about each class.
