Surprisingly, the Falcons continued to focus on defense for the fourth straight pick.

The pick: Lawrence Sidbury, Defensive End, 125th overall

Their impact: Sidbury played four years in Atlanta, but only racked up five sacks.

He never started for the team and finished his career with 18 tackles.

The majority of the 4th round was lackluster, but the team likely hoped for more from Sidbury.

Who else was available that round?: Austin Collie had three solid years with the Colts before injuries derailed his career.

He racked up more than 1,500 yards in his first three years and hauled in 16 touchdowns.

Greg Toler played in nearly 100 games during his career and finished with 277 tackles.

With 8 career interceptions, he was also a playmaker in the defensive backfield.

Would they switch the pick?: Yes, but who they’d take is difficult.

Although Toler had the longer career, in this hypothetical draft, we already grabbed a corner.

Would the team want to stack up their defensive backfield or grab an offensive piece with the ability to snag touchdowns?

It’s a tough call to make, but I think Collie is a solid choice to make. He’ll help our offense for those three years he stayed healthy.
