The Falcons have won their last three games against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Will they continue their winning streak?

Last season, the Falcons won their games against the Buccaneers by scores of 24-21 and 34-20.

This brought their winning steak to three, and the Falcons will likely be favored in this game.

The Bucs tend to be a trendy pick during the preseason, but they still haven’t been able to take the next step.

They haven’t made the playoffs since 2010, and have only won 20 games over the last three years.

How the Falcons Win: Fluster Jameis Winston.

Since graduating from Florida State, Winston has been touted as the next big thing in the NFL.

He struggled with injuries last year though and has struggled with turnovers throughout his career.

If the Falcons secondary can stop Mike Evans from making big plays, Winston could get flustered and start turning the ball over.

With seven lost fumbles last year, Winston will also have to protect the ball against Vic Beasley.

X-Factor of the Game: Deion Jones.

Jones is one of the best young linebackers in the league.

He is a play-maker on defense and has helped the Falcons win several games.

If he can help in coverage against the Bucs’ weapons, it’ll provide more opportunities for the corners to make plays.

Jones will likely cover OJ Howard or Cameron Brate throughout the game, and he needs to focus on eliminating them from the gameplan.

Predicted Score: For some reason, I see this as a low-scoring affair.

Falcons win 17-14 on a last second field goal.

This brings them back up to 4-2 as they get ready for New York.
