Andy Dalton Week 4- Andy Dalton underachieves and disappoints and yet seems to secure in his starting role with the Bengals. Dalton has a decent arm and at times has played at a high level in his career.

Yet, it is hard to say he is a franchise quarterback when there are easily 15-20 quarterbacks teams would take first if they had their choice. Dalton can make some throws but not enough to scare the Falcons. He is a placeholder who isn’t likely to lead very many scoring drives.

Eli Manning Week 7- I am yet to understand the fake shock surrounding the fact the Giants are sticking with Eli Manning. Not only are they sticking with Manning this season but expect him to continue to be their quarterback in the future.

I get it, look at where he is in your own ranking right? While that may be true if you take a look at his resume he should remain with the Giants. With better weapons and an improved offensive line, Manning and the Giants will give the Falcons all they can handle.

Still, Manning is a stationary quarterback who is turnover prone. He deserves his starting role but for how much longer?  All I have to say to that is if Matt Ryan were to find a way to defeat Tom Brady in not one but two Super Bowls he can play quarterback until he is 50 for the Falcons, he would have earned it. Now on to the next tier.
